Payments are processed by Stripe. AutoGo X receives payment status and transaction references needed to confirm an order, but does not store your full card number.

We use this information to create and manage your account, match tires to your vehicle, process bookings, coordinate with the selected installer, confirm payment, send service updates, prevent misuse, and support customers.
Service providers and installers
We share only the booking details needed with the installer you select and with providers that support authentication, payments, hosting, email, and SMS. They process data for the services they provide.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, maintain transaction records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. We use access controls and service-provider safeguards to protect it.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account information by contacting us. Some transaction records may be retained when required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
